Maintain a thorough knowledge of the businesses’ products, businesses, applications, and service offerings
Promote Dow’s reputation, by providing excellent customer service & improving customer connection through analyzing customer needs - gathering market intelligence - collaborating with internal teams and finding required solution.
Manage client requests via emails in timely and effective manner through excellent oral and written communication.
Ensure proper documentation, in accordance with the performance and service standards
Manage complex workload with good judgment and prioritization skills is important.
Foster a collaborative environment within the team, focusing on amplifying learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement

What skills do you have?

Bachelors degree : chemical background will be a plus.
Proficiency in English – additional EU language is a plus (Spanish / French, Dutch, German)
Minimum 2+ years experience in customer facing roles through phone and emails.
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Microsoft Office.
