As a Talent Sourcer at Dow Terneuzen, The Netherlands, sourcing talent is your quality and specialty. You are supporting the Dow recruiters with direct sourcing activities, with posting vacancies on various job platforms and you are keen on proposing excellent candidate shortlists. The entire process has your attention, from branding to selection.

What’s your job about?
Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the first stage of the recruiting process. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the clients’ priorities. Translate their talent needs to effective sourcing strategies. Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with complex recruiting queries by identifying the right sourcing tools and applying direct sourcing activities.
- Maintain talent pools, advise in candidate shortlists, and translate hiring needs into attractive job descriptions.
- Act as a key contact between recruiters and prospects/applicants, ensuring flawless and timely communication.
- Focus on identifying and implementing Talent sourcing improvements opportunities
- Screening and identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
- Promote the employer brand online and offline, maintain candidate databases, and communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
- Partner with recruiters to post jobs, identify sourcing channels, generate name lists of prospects, and initiate engagement to convert prospects into applicants.
- Screen and qualify both inbound/active and passive candidates, present diverse candidate slates to recruiters, and analyze dashboards/reports to understand candidate behaviors and conduct talent market research.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role at least for one year
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with HR Recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and Jobteaser and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and effective time-management abilities
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
- Familiarity with HR Recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed and JobTeaser and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Skills & expertise in MS Office
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.

- Consultation skills and affinity with Talent Marketing
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Familiarity with Workday and social media and/or other sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday ATS are preferred.
