What will you do?
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales in the French-speaking market, with a strong focus on achieving KPIs and targets related to revenue, gift volume and profit margins. In addition, you will also be responsible for:
You will work closely with various teams at YourSurprise to ensure the highest quality delivery;
Focusing on building strong relationships with (existing) customers by encouraging (repeat) purchases and upselling our business offerings, ultimately enhancing customer loyalty;
You will take responsibility for sales development in your market(s). From the initial contact to after-sales service, you will guide customers in realizing their personalized corporate gift projects;
You will analyze and discuss the monthly progress within your market with the B2B team, giving special attention to your sales funnel and achieved commercial results;
During off-peak periods, you will dedicate part of your time to business projects aimed at improving our processes or marketing - or actively explore new business markets based on sales opportunities identified in the market.
Where will you end up?
You will be part of the B2B team within our E-Commerce department, which includes 40 marketers from over ten different nationalities, each with their own area of expertise. The B2B team consists of eight colleagues who assist all of our business customers via phone or email. This international team is always available to help in the Dutch, German, French and English languages. You will also collaborate closely with the New Business Account Manager, who will transfer new leads and customer orders to you.
Who are you?
You have at least 2 years of experience in sales and are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week;
You are fluent in both written and spoken French and English;
You have a hands-on mentality and a strong track record of achieving sales results;
You have no trouble with negotiation, as your persuasiveness makes you confident and quick on your feet;
You’re flexible and work well under pressure;
You’re result-oriented and can handle working with deadlines;
You’re able to use your creativity to turn each customer contact into an opportunity and come up with the perfect gift solution for every situation;
You’re a reliable team player and take your responsibilities seriously.
You are able to work from our Campus in Zierikzee.
