At Bison International, we are looking for Operators who are willing to work in a 2-shift system. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that products are prepared for packaging. As an operator, you are thoroughly familiar with the machines. You will be able to resolve minor technical issues yourself, so some technical knowledge or affinity is required. Since Bison International works with 'slow moving' products, the production quantities are relatively small. As a result, you will spend a significant amount of time setting up the machines, making this a varied and dynamic role.

As an operator, you will work in 2 shifts from Monday to Friday, with a half-day on Fridays.

The working hours are:

Early shift: Monday to Thursday from 05:20 to 14:30, and Friday from 05:20 to 12:00.Late shift: Monday to Thursday from 14:20 to 23:30, and Friday from 12:00 to 18:00.

As an operator, you are versatile, and your daily tasks include preparing packaging, setting up machines for filling and packaging, inspecting the filled product, creating labels for packaging, cleaning machines, assembling and disassembling machines, troubleshooting or reporting issues, and providing instructions to colleagues in the packaging department.

• MBO work and thinking level.
• Knowledge and experience in a production environment or affinity with technology.
• Own transportation, or living in the Goes area.
• Good communication skills.
• Commitment and motivation are paramount!

• A starting salary is between €2.800,- and €3.500,- per month.
• Full-time work week of 39 hours.
• 14.2% shift allowance and ADV bonus.
• Travel allowance €0.21 per km.
