About the role
We are seeking a Technical Sales Support Engineer to work with our sales and technical teams and drive new projects during the pre-sale, execution, and post-sale phases. You are a problem solver with excellent communication skills. As a Technical Sales Support Engineer, you play a crucial role in providing both internal and external technical support. You work closely with the sales team, acting as the technical link between customers and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will scout externally for customer trends and requirements and provide feedback to the development department.

Your responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide detailed technical support to both internal and external parties regarding D-PAK system components.
  • Customer Guidance: Participate in customer meetings with the sales team, answer technical questions during pre-sales sessions, and translate customer needs into concrete solutions.
  • Project Development: Act as the link between internal stakeholders and customers during development projects.
  • Expectation Management: Translate technical customer requirements into internal workflows and coordinate planning and communication with customers during both pre-sales and after-sales phases.
  • Material Development: Develop and manage standardized technical sales material for internal and external use.
  • Networking: Connect with internal stakeholders and scout externally for customer trends and requirements


What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and in-depth technical knowledge of the Gable Top system.
  • Commercial attitude and insight, strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Diverse technical skills combined with analytical abilities.
  • Ability to connect with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
  • Willingness to travel.
