Operator

For Bison International, we are looking for Operators who are willing to work in 2 shifts. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the products are prepared for packaging. As an operator, you know the machines inside out. You are allowed to resolve minor technical issues yourself, so some technical knowledge or affinity is required. Since Bison International deals with 'slow moving' products, production quantities are relatively small. As a result, you will spend a lot of time setting up the machines, making this a versatile and varied job.

As an operator, you will work in 2 shifts from Monday to Friday, with a half-day on Fridays.

The working hours are:

• Early shift: Monday to Thursday 05:20-14:30 and Friday 05:20 – 12:00
• Late shift: Monday to Thursday 14:20 – 23:30 and Friday 12:00 – 18:00

As an operator, you are versatile, and your daily tasks include:

• Preparing packaging
• Setting up the machine for filling and packaging
• Inspecting the filled product
• Creating labels for the packaging
• Cleaning machines
• Assembling/disassembling machines
• Troubleshooting and/or reporting issues
• Providing instructions to packing colleagues

• MBO work and thinking level.
• Knowledge and experience in a production environment or affinity with technology.
• Own transportation, or living in the Goes area.

• Full-time work week of 39 hours.
• A starting salary is between €2.599,- and €3.200,- per month
• 14.2% shift allowance and ADV bonus.
• Travel allowance €0.21 per km.
