Customer Support Engineer

Our products are valued worldwide and utilized across various industries and research fields. These power supplies serve a wide range of applications, including the precise control of steering magnets in particle accelerators, testing systems, and development projects for renowned German car manufacturers. For instance, they are employed in testing car power steering under extreme conditions or in the development of 48V vehicle electrical systems. Power supplies serve as universal building blocks in numerous systems, resulting in diverse applications

What is a product without good product support? We place great value on providing excellent support to our customers. As a customer support representative, you will interact with international clients and innovative projects. You will work closely with various departments and be supported by experienced technicians. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a colleague to help us provide even better support to our customers.

We are looking for a:

“Customer Support Engineer”

General activities may include:

• Assisting and supporting customers to get the most out of our product
• Troubleshooting problems, offering guidance on product usage
• Improving technical documentation
• Collaboration with other departments to improve designs based on customer feedback

• Starting from an MBO education
